After encountering a delay with a third part service provider, we found this structure very flexible, allowing room for accomodation and adaptation the intern was paid for the hours worked, adapted to real life challenges faced in project management (and excelled!) while still acheiving completion by our deadline!

One area for improvement would be offering more structured guidance to students on project management and communication best practices, as this would reduce the need for repeated clarifications during the project. Overall, a positive experience that provided value to our organization.
