Details

The primary objective of this project is to support Platuni’s strategy by conducting targeted user testing, onboarding early users, and providing actionable insights to refine our go-to-market strategy. Students will engage directly with our new web application, analyze the user experience, and test how well our messaging, onboarding flow, and platform features resonate with our target audience.

Key goals include:

  • Validating the effectiveness of our app's user interface and onboarding experience.
  • Generating awareness and sign-ups through content-driven marketing efforts.
  • Delivering insights and recommendations based on testing and user feedback to optimize the platform.


Deliverables

Students are expected to complete the following:

User Testing and Onboarding

  • Identify and recruit target users (students, professionals, or newcomers).
  • Facilitate structured user testing sessions with real users navigating the platform.
  • Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback on the onboarding experience, usability, feature clarity, and perceived value.

Marketing & Outreach Campaigns

  • Create and execute a micro-campaign across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok to drive awareness and early interest in Platuni.
  • Develop platform-specific content (e.g., IG reels, YouTube intro video, stories) to test what resonates most with our core audience.

Reporting

  • Deliver a User Testing Summary Report with insights, pain points, and UX/UI recommendations.
