EPIC is an amazing opportunity for both employers and learners. Not only is it a good opportunity for positive PR for a business it is a chance to have young people understand what you do and hear a different perspective on a problem the business wants solved. For learners EPIC provides an opportunity to learn about a business in their community, have their voice heard, as well as use and build upon the soft skills and some technical skills, needed in today's workforce.
