Ayushma was great at conducting market research on the potential customers in North America. She also conducted research on prices of similar products in the industry, as well as assist with the design of a promotional flyer. Ayushma managed her time very well and I was impressed with the amount of work done in a short period of time.

How did the student engage with stakeholders during the project?The student would meet with the supervisor weekly and provide a brief summary of the tasks completely throughout the week. Afterwards, the students were each given a chance to ask questions and lead discussions. Alicia would raise questions and the team would address it together during the meeting, in a very professional manner.

If not, what areas could they improve in?Yes, the team would meet weekly with the supervisor to provide updates and record the assigned tasks. Afterwards, the students would meet again to distribute the work amongst themselves, so they were able to meet the project deadlines.
