The whole experience has been great. Students have support, they are learning a lot. We as teachers are learning too. Everybody from the Phoenix Chambers is supportive, collaborative, and helpful. Since this is the first time for us doing the EPIC challenge, we are setting expectations for next year and guiding current kids to not stress and find solutions. Many students are perfectionist and introverts, so everything is scary for them but they are happy to participate. They feel the real life work environment, which is good exposure.
